Car parking outside my plot / bungalow
I stay in a society where I have my individual bungalow and the society has internal main roads and lanes where other plots are existing. We park our car outside our compound wall as the plot size is small and there is no enough space to park inside the compound. This is been done for last few years and many others in the society do. The lane and the internal roads FSI rights are with the main builders and not yet given to individuals. The builders have handed over the society charges to few members and gone. There is internal plot association committee which is not a registered team but takes care of the Society as a committee, holds general body meeting, etc. This committee keeps changing every year. The current committee have now started charging Rs.500 as parking charges for the car outside the compound wall on the internal lanes. We do not have designated parking area.
Can they force on us to pay parking charges as a committee.
