1) registration of document cna be done within period of 4 months

2) if sale deed is dated 23rd September it can be registered on 25th September

3) if person claims he has already bought the land he would file declaratory suit that he is owner of property and will seek to set aside mutation pf property in your name an that of other legal heirs

the purchaser will have to prove that he had bought the land by registered sale deed

1.The registration done by your grandfather is very much valid .So nothing to worry on this account.

2. Now I am not sure what is the absis of claim of this person over this proeprty.

3. In any event if you have possession over this proeprty then enjoy it.

4.if he has a better title than you then let him go to court and get his right exercised. You will get chance then to defend your title.

There is no legal infirmity in it. The registration can be done within 4 months from the date of its execution.

If your grandfather has bought it by a registered sale deed, then what is the proof with the other party to claim the property?

Under whose possession and enjoyment is the property now?

What is the documentary proof that the opponent has submitted while claiming his rights i the property?

You can ask him to aproach court if he has got any grievances agaisnt this situation.

His claim has to be challenged properly.

THE CLAIMING PERSON SAID THAT THIS LAND IS BOUGHT BY HIM IN 1919 BUT when my grand father

Buy this land in 1984 he applied for land transfer(dakhil kharij)in registrar office and at that time land transfer is done on my grand father name how can this is possible if it is bought by another person before handly and this land is under my occupation till recent days

You should not allow the opponent to take possession of the property.

You can ask him to aproach court to seek his claim

You can challenge his claim properly in the court.
