• Take position on my property legally

Sir I want to take ownership on my piece of land which is NOT NA where my relatives are staying. Actually the land was of my relatives and they were staying on it. They sold it to a 3rd person. But they where still using the land for their residential purpose. And from from the 3rd person my father bought it completely. My father allowed them to stay there as a sake of humanity for last fifteen years. We have made our residential house besides them from last 10 years. And now we are making are car shed in front of our house in an empty land and document are with us. But our relatives are making problem... My relatives are asking to make their residing area in their name, But we are not willing to do so because they are not that kind of people. So we want to remove them legally and They should not interfere in our property. We are having all the land documents. Please guides us... what can be done.

If your father is having sale deed document of the property occupied by them, then he may file an ejection suit against them along with a petition seeking permanent injunction against them seeking to restrain them from interfering in your possession and enjoyment of the property and also for possession of the encroached portion.

Consult a local advocate and move ahead as per his advise on all such further issues.
