 father has property inherited to him by partition from, his father with his brother.
the father has two sons one deceased an another one living with him without income dependent of his father. elder son left tens years ago with his family an took away his share of movable property 8 yrs later he expired and wife not willing to live with his father in law an brother in law but wants share in property father being old age an no source of income wants to sell his property an he dosen"t want to give share to any one of his sons dead or alive can he sell his property without the sons getting involved in it or give it as gift to one of his son or his son"s family kindly help

This property being inherited by the father, it becomes his own and absolute property.

His sons or anyone have no rights in it during his lifetime.

The father can sell or dispose the property in any manner to whoever he may desire as per his own will and wish.

He need not take the consent of his sons or even a NOC from anyone for selling this property.
