This is the pinnacle of lawlessness and violation of rights guaranteed under the Indian Constitution. All the foreign tourists who underwent this harrowing experience can unite and file criminal cases against these lawless cops and also a case for defamation seeking exorbitant monetary damages. The cases, if handled deftly, would result in the cops being butchered in the court.
