Women Thana charge 341, 323, 498A, 34 IPC, 3/4 D.P. Act

Respected Sir/Mam,

As I mentioned earlier my wife had filed the False Dowry Act & Domestic Violence against my whole family .
Thereafter I had to taken the bail of all my family(my parents, 2-brother and my sister with her husband).
and my bail has been obtained through Patna High Court, its a conditional bail(upto Sep.2017) in which i have to take back my wife to home. while she had oneself left my home(15th June 2016) with her father and brother without intimate any of my family member.

Andafter that Mahila thana had visited at my village home for inquire. that time we were not at home,we were in Delhi.
and the Mahila thana has submitted the charge sheet to add the act 406, 504, 467 & 468 including with 341, 323, 498A, 34 I.P.C , 3/4 D.P. Act.
and in our hand,my lawyer has file Section 9 Hindu marriage act to take Anticipatory bail.

Now,Yesterday I was presented in my hearing , our Judge has order me that I have to take back home to my wife with full dignity, as it mentioned in Patna high court bail order. If I don't do this, she (our judge) will proceed to cancel my bail order. And also order to sign the bond paper.

Therefore I have to sign the bond paper and thereafter court has given the next hearing date of 24th June.

But As soon as I got out from hearing room, my wife reached after chasing me in my lawyer chamber and arguing to me and my lawyer badly.

Sir /mam, I am very confident if she back my home, she will definitely try to harm herself. Because of, when she left my home, she was fine and has not any types of physicaly or medicaly proof to trapped us.

I am also trying to dishonor from my parents property. Only to save my family members.
I don't know it is helpful or not.
And I am also ready to change my religion... But my parents are not agree with it.

Sir/Mam, i am very depressed want to request to kindly suggest me
1) How can I save my family from this situation .

2) To eject or dishonor myself from parents's property or change religion will help them or not ?

3) if I don't take back home to my wife ,can it affect on my family...

4) As I am not fear to go to jail, what steps will help to save my family ....

1. First thing is your worries which actually kills you.

Be patient. If the court ordered to take her back, you take her by taking an undertaking from her that she will not again leave the matrimonial home on her own without any reason, if she does so, you cannot be held responsible.

You can also take an undertaking from her family members that they will not interfere in your family affairs once she is in your home.

As far as the offences mentioned in the charge sheet, you can handle them during trial proceedings based on the merits and evidences in your possession.

2. Disowning yourself from the property of the family or the family itself is not a solution to this problem. That will not make any difference to the present cases filed by her.

Dont do such mistakes because this will not come for your rescue.

3. If you do not take her back home, your bail application will be cancelled but it will not affect your family members by any way.

4. The AB for your family members is the present protection you have already given to them, next thing is that you fight the case properly by engaging a skilled and experienced lawyer.
