After partition of HUF property, the HUF is dissolved and the properties distributed to the members of the HUF shall become their own and absolute property.
Thus the share of property in your father's hands shall be his own property. He can sell or alienate or encumber the property in any manner of his choice and desire.
You cannot stop your father from selling his share of property.
my father want gift property to my brother any way to stop my father my grand father gives this property to my father . my father not buying this property from self money.
. my right also in this property
This property was given by his father to your father hence it becomes your father's own and absolute property. He can transfer the property to yor brother's name by executing rgistered gift or settlement deed, you have no rights to interfere in his decision nor do you have any right in the property.
If you feel aggrieved by this act, you may have a meeting of elders in the family and ask them to convince your father to allot a share in the property to you also.
Legally you cannot claim any share.
