Streedhan is your personal property. Husband cannot claim it from you

You can file DV case and claim compensation for mental torture undergone by you

3) contested divorce cases take 5 years to be disposed of

4) your husband will deny allegations made in divorce petition

5)you can claim maintenance from husband if there is substantial differences in your income

1. Yes,gifts made to you at the time of your marriage is considered to be your stirdhan proeprty.

2. So if he does not return then you can file case u/s 406 IPC or case under PWDV Act.

3. However these actions can ruin your marriage.

4.So ether you make him convinced to lead a happy married life or file cases t cost of breaking the marriage.

Since the gifts received by your from your side and from their side are termed as stridhan they belong to you hence they cannot reclaim it.

As far as maintenance, you may seek one time settlement.

Since you are employed and drawing a handsome salary, you may not become eligible for the same however you can try for it, let the court decide.
