No, WTD of one company can be an employee of another company but he can not become its WTD.
In other words WTD will remain as its sole WTD.

Dear sir Is it allowed to appoint one person as WTD in two different private ltd companies simultaneously and withdraw salary from both companies? please guide.

There is no specific provision in the companies act which prohibits a person to act as whole time director of more than one company
An individual cannot hold the post of WTD in more than one company be it pvt or public.
Hence he can draw remuneration from one company only.
There is no provisions in the Company act for this
However a company can have more than one WTD in its Board
