• Query regarding protocol followed by family counselling centers

I want to know what kind of protocol should be followed by family counselling centre to call wife whose husband has filed complaint against her. I got call from my husband number and some lady asked me why i didn't come for a date there. i told her that i didn't get any information regarding the same from the centre. On which she said yes it may be possible that is why we have called you now. she gave me another date. she didnt give us any time to meet. she had just provided us complaint file number. But why didn't she call me from her own office no. i haven't filed any case yet. i have been tortured since the date i got married for dowry. i got married on 16 April, 2014. i have a daughter too. i am little confused about whole scenario. please help and suggest what step should i take next. i do not want to dissolve my marriage for false allegations by my mother in law and sister in laws. i have all the proofs but i dont know whether they will help me or not.

If you have received a call from the marriage counselling centre, you may attend the counselling at the centre on the scheduled date and express your opinion and objections if any and take up the case legally.

If necessary you may take assistance of any lawyer and be accompanied with you on that date.

they have threw me out of house with my daughter six months back with my daughter. they said they bring me back after 15 days. but they didnt even try to contact me. my parents are taking care of me and my 1 and half year old daughter. they have forced me to sign one document. i was in severe depression so i dint remember what was written on it. my father has given them car, but they had used taxi to drop me at my house.

You can freely vent out all the grievances before the marriage counselor and seek her advise and also relief and remedy to the ongoing matrimonial disputes in which demand for more dowry is the only motive behind all this disputes.

Rise up, revolt and claim your rights when you have been subjected to such type of tragedies and establish your dignity braving all odds.

Dont give up or give in feeling very weak or feeble against their might, it is just a threat they pose, when you start fighting it legally, they will come down for negotiation or compromise..
