We are planning to adopt my nephew 12 years old (my cousin brother's son). His mother passed away 2 years back and since then we have been taking care of him. Now i am planning to move to US, and want him to legally adopt so that i can get a dependent VISA processed for him.
Can someone guide me about the process involved.
