My husband ignoring me and my child....

My marriage is arranged one. My husband family members not satisfy in dowry, but husband at that time not care about their parents words regarding dowry matter. My parents gave 27 sovereigns and all household things to live in nuclear family at Chennai. After 6 months, i was pregnant my in-laws not happy and started to create problem with my husband. My husband take care of me very well until i was in Chennai. At 8th month of my pregnancy he left me in my parental house. After that he not come to see me until delivery. My delivery became very complicate, 40 hrs i suffer pain by admitted in hospital(with water baby was 8 hours inside stomach) baby heart beat started to reduce so doctor asked with my husband to check the good ti e for c-section. He consult with my in-laws & said next days. doctor scold him and asked me, i said, i need my baby. Do immediate operation. They expect Boy baby. After he saw girl baby. Left baby in hospital room alone and went without informing with me(At the time, I was in ICU). After that he switched off his mobile. My parents and relatives went to my material house. My in-laws not allow him to talk. He said 1 words in front all, "I don't want wife and child, until end i be with my parents". Before delivery no fight and problem in between me and my husband. After that whenever i make cal, he and his family members use to speak bad words. I get reference with Women's trust and went with them, my in-laws not allow him to see me & my child. Gave amount to trust and ask them to drop this issue. There relatives all suggest to live with wife and baby. But he accepted and get ready to take me and child, within time spam of they get ready & take car. Their parents cried and changed my husband's mind. I gave complaint in collector office, that complaint went to police station. In-laws kept a x-police and make withdraw the complaint. Due to my husband abroad travel within 3 months. At that time my husband take me and my child to his native. In between we both no problem until that 1 day. But while seeing my in-laws he not talk with me and take my baby. they scold him to left in Coimbatore. So take we both and left in Road itself and went. 8 months gone , while he travel and return from abroad. He not inform and call me. Nowadays if i call him. He not picking the call, so i make call to my in-laws, they talking very bad words by relating me and my father. If husband left in road means, all girls will come to parents house. Is it wrong? My parents only taking care of me and my baby still now. Currently i file a case on behalf of my husband, Come and live with me. But he asking with me divorce frequently. I need father for my baby. My questions is, How many Counseling/Mediation will give to us. What will happen, if he not accept to live together. Whether counseling will work out or not?
