Sons rights in remarried mothers property

Situation: child A born from an earlier marriage. divorce issued, minor child A is in father's custody. mother remarried and had child B from current marriage. child A & father is citizen & resides in India child B & family is citizen & resides in the USA Assume mother has a valid and legal will that was prepared by an attorney / advocate. What right does child A (India citizen & resident) have in mothers property as follows: 1) property & earnings from mothers employment and investments in the US 2) property mother receives from her parents (all in India) 3) joint investments and returns from mothers current marriage (US & India) 4) Since US law provides first priority to a legal and valid will, can child A claim any inheritance any US property or earnings of the mother or joint property of the family that is not called out in the will What right does child B (US citizen & resident) have in mothers property as follows: 1) property & earnings from mothers employment and investments 2) property mother receives from her parents (all in India) 3) joint investments and returns from mothers current marriage (India & US) Father's property (self and ancestral) has no contention, they will go to their respective children.
