Damaged my property for MNGL Connection

I live in a society in which has 6 floors. The society members decided to get an MNGL connection, for which they decided to get a hole in the slab of the dry balcony for all 2 bhk flats. Now, I have no issues in people who are willing to do that hole for their MNGL Connection, but they forced me to do a hole in my gallery even though I didn't want an MNGL connection. I'm comfortable with gas cylinders. The society members threatened that if I refuse to do the hole in slab, they'll cast me out of the society forever and also threatened to do the work with or without my consent. Now, I tried to be co-operative but in the process of making a hold in the slab, their worker damaged the water pipeline. Now all that dirty water is leaking in my gallery and no one is taking any responsibility to fix the issue. Firstly they made a hole in my dry balcony by forcing their will on me and now they damaged the water pipeline because of which I'm suffering. Due to that leaking dirty water, my mother slipped in the dry balcony, her left arm was hurt. Now neither of the society members are getting the problem solved. They're completely ignoring my calls for fixing the water pipeline. No one is taking any responsibility for the damage.
