How to get CrPC 91 application rejected in CrPC 125 maintenance case?

I am fighting CrPC 125 maintenance case filed by my wife. During the interim stage, I did not submit my income affidavit. (My wife submitted hers but she didn't disclose anything in it, she simply mentioned that she is not doing any job when she is doing, although with salary quite low as compared to mine. I hadn't challenged her affidavit then.) Interim order was made and now the case is at the evidence stage. Now my wife has submitted application of CrPC 91 stating that I have not disclosed my income details as per SC's guidelines in Rajnesh vs. Neha case, and asking the court to summon my company to provide my salary details and to ask me to submit bank statements and ITRs. What at the ways to get this application rejected? I read a judgement on Jeevan jyoti vs. Kulvinder Singh by Bombay High Court which guides that as per guidelines in Rajnesh vs. Neha case, these details/affidavit are needed at interim stage but not for the final maintenance order. The final order should be based on evidence led by the parties. But my wife has not clearly asked for the affidavit but for the salary details for company and ITR.
