Adjoining club encroaching our property, councellor, police and , MP cant find any resolution

I have a property in vill baikunthpur, ps sijberia, po Uluberia, howrah, West Bengal. it measures 2.8 katha, it has Aykya Sammilani club towards its north and a wall was separating our property from the club's , but it has been reduced to ground slowly, a property to its south with a pond which extends towards the back( east ) of our property , and pitch road towards its front i.e west. On the front (north to south), the total length is 60ft. Now, the club members are trying to encroach a portion of the land by building durga Puja pandles 3ft after the wall. the club members abused me and my family, tried to attack me physically , tried to throw a brick on me, pushed me , and threatend me to murder me and my family . we had informed the councellor , who had given direction for the club, probably because of the number of members, when uluberia police came from a complaint to the CM of WB through a portal, the club members dragged me in front of the police. the uluberia police is also not doing anything against them, and reporting to its higher authority that there is no problem in this matter(probably corruption/something soft point of the police), The MP could not solve this When a meeting was arranged by the councellor, the club members warned every family, shop owners and others in the *whole town* who were a friend to us to not attend the meeting in support of us , else they will stop their business, harrass them ,etc. this is very concerning because the club is within 100m from our house and they are pressuring us socially and mentally too. we simply want to build a wall on top of the grounded wall to get my right to my property. legal way is too tiring and time consuming. Please recommend some way which can be done within few months - either judicial or other legal and other ways.
