Complaint against vu tv

I have purchased TV in August 2022 from Amazon within 10 months it shows horizontal line then after so many follow ups with Vu tv officials they didn't bother then I have called Amazon then tv company agreed to send an engineer to visit. Meanwhile tv company gave me another tv for 3-4 days which was shut down on the very next day. After two three days follow up I got my tv back. All this was covered under warranty. They replaced display panel. But when I got the tv there was a very light white vertical patch I asked an engineer the same but he told its not very much visible it is with all tv. Exact after one year the tv goes on complete shut down mode. For this I have approached them for one month then they told the problem is with backlight and told me to pay 1200 and I agreed to do the repair. The tv was repaired on Sunday and the office time was over and after repair it was showing vertical lines. Now they are saying the problem is with Display again and you have to pay 80 per cent of the tv cost What is the solution for this?
