False claim on property and playing fraud upon the court

Sir, I filed suit in year 2018, for permanent injunction and declaration on site. Defendant in year 2020, filed petition for Additional Written Statement with reference to exchange deed between two persons, claiming a site which is at 350 feet away from Suit Schedule Property. As I reported no objection and no counter, the petition for Additional Written Statement is allowed. It confirms the property claimed by defendant is entirely different from the suit schedule property. But, defendant still continues with proceedings making FALSE CLAIM on suit property. In year 2023 defendant filed documents petition, with registered conveniently fabricated documents of site, wherein boundaries mentioned in those documents doesn't coincide with the boundaries of site he has claimed in additional written statement, The defendant in additional Written Statement, claims a property other than suit schedule property and files document petition claiming suit schedule property, means PLAYING FRAUD ON COURT. Can I complain to the court about False Claim and Fraud upon Court by defendant under following sections: Dishonestly making false claim in court 246 of BNS Act. (Section 209 of IPC) Giving false evidence u/s 227 of BNS Act. (Section 191 of IPC) Fabricating false evidence, 228 of BNS Act. (Section 192 of IPC) Punishment for false evidence. 229 of BNS Act.(Section 193 of IPC) Using evidence known to be false. 233 of BNS Act.(Section 196 of IPC) and other sections as applicable.
