Resigned from a company after working for 16 days

I have recently joined a company and I was assigned a job role which I was not expecting and also after joining they told me to appear for another interview with the client company which they didn't tell me when I got the offer letter . For the interview with the client company they updated my current resume according to the clients needs and added lies about my experience and projects so that the client accepts my resume and schedules my interview. So I was not sure that is my employment confirmed with them or what happens if I fail the interview with my client , will they just terminate my employment, etc questions popped in my mind. I asked the boss also about what happens if the client rejects me ? and he said it's just a interview but it's important. So didn't get a clear answer from him too. And all this was clearly effecting me as I was getting into a role / was going to interview for a role which I was not expecting when I joined. So after 15 days in current company I got a better offer from another company and I decided to accept that. I put my resignation proposal forward to my current employer and then the manager started telling me it's a breach of contract I have to speak with my lawyer and it make take some time. Then he told me to leave the office early. And the next day when I asked shall I come to office today he said "No" and when I asked about my last working date , he said " waiting to hear back from the team" will let you know. In my employment contract it's written I have to serve 2 months notice during my probation period. But I can't serve 2 months notice as my new company told me to join in 3 weeks time and I told this to my manager too but they I feel are delaying things. What actions can they take if I don't serve the full notice period ? since I have not yet contributed anything to my company in these 15 days. And what shall I do as they are not telling me my last working date and also not allowing me to come to the office?
