Harrasment by dgm/fgm of indian bank

I am highlighting several unusual things that happened to my wife while working in Indian bank in the recent 4 years duration. It is important to write about it because she has been continuously harassed by the Management, it has completely spoiled our life and she have to face several health issues. In the recent 4 years she has been transferred 7 times at different places of U.P and Haryana. our residence is at Greater Noida, I have been transferred to far of places like Faridabad, Ghaziabad and Meerut. In Meerut Zone within one and half years she has been transferred three times the details are mentioned below: Date Branch Distance from residence 16.08.2021-13.06.2022 Rithani Branch Meerut 60 Km 14.06.2022-14.10.2022 Garh Road Branch Meerut 72 Km 15.10.2022 Baraut Branch, Baghpat 100 Km Considering her own health and its impact on our son, she did not join the new branch at Baraut. My son is small, and his schooling is in Greater Noida, and office was at Gurgaon, and he has been recently transferred to Greater Noida. She has to look after my mother who is more than 70 years of age and have eyesight & knee problem. Being a female, she must take care of our family commitments as well. In the recent three years she had to undergo two major surgeries and three units of blood was infused. The details are mentioned below, and the medical report is enclosed for reference: Date Ailment 26.03.2020 Miscarriage (Due to Banks pressure) 24.04.2021 Covid Infected (While working in Bank & whole family infected) 07.05.2022 Surgery of Fibroid and cyst (3 units of blood infused) Still on medicine & under doctors’ supervision for which she has to go to Delhi. During her illness she has requested several times to the Management to post somewhere nearby branch, but she was transferred 70 km away from my residence. But they had crossed all the limits and once again transferred her to Baraut branch within 4 months which is 100 Kms from our residence on 15.10.2022 just before Diwali. she tried to make personal request on humanitarian ground, but they denied even to meet her. She has served the bank for 13 years and it is very heart breaking to see this type of behavior from the management. At present she is on loss of pay from November 2022. she is very demoralized and when couldn’t find any solution to our problems we are looking someone to help/guide us and come out of this situation. She just wants to stay with family and deliver her duties of the bank.
