Residnetialrights of a wife in her matrimonial rental home belonging to her in-laws

Wife has filed police compalint under 354 against her father-in-law and 498A against her husband, father-mother and sister-in-law. Husband and in-laws have been granted bails in all the cases. She is residing with them and has taken over the possession of master bed room. She has also filed case under Dv act and demanded maintenance for her and her son. She is serving but has hidden the fact. Lower court passed an order to pay Rs.20000/- for the son, aggrieved by the order the husband filed an appeal in the sessions court and the sessions court observed that wife has got the order from the lower court under fraud and ruled the husband to pay Rs.15000/- for the maintenance of the son including the educational expenses, and trashed the plea of wife for her maintenance observing that she had not come with clean hands. She has filed an appeal in the Bombay High Court, it is pending, in the meanwhile she has filed an amended appeal in the Dv court to reimburse her for the additional expenses for her son, she has not submitted any documents to prove the enpenses. She has also requested the Dv court to permit her to put her lock to the bed room under her possession as also to permit her to instal cctv in the flat. The rental flat belongs to her father-in-law. Please advise on the course of action.
