Clerical Error in Cancellation of GPA Document. Unwanted Entry in my Encumbrance Certificate

Hi All, I have a weird issue with my Encumbrance Certificate. This is a bit tough to describe but trying my best. The scenario is : I have purchased a plot recently. The layout developer initially got a GPA document to sell the plots with the full agreement of the actual owners of the land (the GPA consists of selling authority of #5 plots i.e. 3, 10C, 12, 13, 14 - where 14 is what i have purchased). But the registrar rejected the sale deed(s) based of GPA, asked him to cancel the GPA and recommended to execute the sale deed directly from the owners. And the same has been completed successfully. But during the GPA cancellation the office staff apparently made a clerical mistake - in the cancellation data entry in their system they have added plot numbers 3, 10C, 12, 13 and 13 (Where it should to be 14) even though the cancellation deed document says everything accurately. because of this i see the GPA document alive in the document list of my EC along with my sale deed document. is this going to be an issue for home loans(even if I submit a copy of the cancellation deed document which clearly confirms cancellation of GPA on plot14 along with others?. Otherwise, How can i get this corrected? Please advise me on this. Regards, Devi Prasad
