Accepted offer but not joined company

Hi All, I accepted the offer from XYZ LTD but not joined. Before the joining date, with Email I communicated to the HR saying that I am not going to join the company. I didn't get any kind joining bonus or any kind of payment from company. Still the company sending mail mentioning that you have to pay INR 136503/- to the company ASAP. I am adding the company mail for your reference. Dear My Name, PS No: 4001xxxx This has reference to your employment with XYZ Limited and your subsequent exit from the Company on 22 March 2022. This is line with the email which has been sent on February 23, 2023 on the pending dues towards your Full and Final settlement. This is the second reminder email on the pending dues which you need to clear withing 10 days from the receipt of this email, failing which same will be handed over to legal team for further action. This is to bring to your notice that as per Company records, it has been observed that outstanding dues amounting to INR 136503/- are payable by you to the Company. This payment is due towards the outstanding of your full and final settlement on your exit from the Company. The terms and conditions of offer letter related termination are: Termination of Employment /Notice Pay i. Notice period for full time employees is 90 days, and either party will be allowed to terminate the contract of employment by giving 90 days’ notice in writing, subject to Company’s right to pay basic salary in place of notice period or pro-rated amount. ii. If you have signed any Undertaking / Agreement with the Company as a part of your employment process any time during your employment with the Company, you will not be entitled to terminate your employment with the Company unless you comply with the terms and conditions in the Undertaking / Agreement mentioned above. iii. The Company shall have the right to terminate this contract without any notice and without any salary according to the notice period due to any of the following a. Breach on your part of any terms and conditions of this contract and any other rules made applicable to you in respect of your employment with us. b. Violation on your part of the Company’s rules regarding the authenticity and information declared at the time of joining the Company. c. Any misconduct on your part. d. Failure to carry out any of your duties and obligations.You are adjudged insolvent or become bankrupt or are charged with any criminal offence which is prejudicial to the interests of the Company. e.You are adjudged insolvent or become bankrupt or are charged with any criminal offence which is prejudicial to the interests of the Company. f. The Company is restricted from continuing your employment due to any other legal incapability. g. Breach of Code of Conduct of the Company. Can you please help me out on the same.
