Patta transfer

My mother and her 5 siblings had registered a partition deed of ancestral agricultural land inherited from her paternal grandmother in 2018. In the preamble her grand mother’s name is mentioned but whereas in the the schedule of property in 3 schedules wrong sub division been been mentioned. And in one schedule no sub division been mentioned at all. Original settlement deed of 1953 no subdivisions but in UDR subdivisions been done by revenue records. In three schedule the wrong subdivision mentioned land belong to my my mother inherited from her father who passed away before her grand mother’s death. So there is a discrepancy between preamble and schedule of property for 3 schedules and 1 schedule no mention of sub division at all but this person has inducted his name in the patta in 2022 and had registered subsequent registration. Is it right for the patta issuing authority to induct his name though in the title no subdivision mentioned despite subdivision been created in UDR itself . How to go about it please
