Mortgaged loan fraud by bank and seller

I invested in a company since 2015 to 2019,in Nov 19 when that company refused to repay my amount, i purchased a plot in jaipur from that company against my earlier invested amount when no other option left,that time plot was already mortgaged with AU bank,so all original documents was with AU bank only,when I purchased that plot with registered sale deed that loan transferred against me by internal BT till now I paid all EMIs ,As per photocopies of chain of documents that plot was 1st sold out in 2015 from A to B,again in Jan 2019 sold our from B to C ( C denotes that company where I invested and sold me that plot),in Nov 19 C sold that plot to me,Now some other with same name A is claiming that she never sold that property to any one,than I filed a police case and got T.I. from civil court,after some time A also filed a police case against me,in that FIR police wants to arrest me, as per police my whole chain is fraud bcoz A to B transaction was not completed ( while in paper there was Cheque transaction showing)and my invested amount in past from 2015 to 19 is not valid consideration bcoz in 2015 to2019 'C' was not the owner of that plot how can you show that amount in sale deed while I have done all transactions by NEFT or RTGS,and in earlier sale deed all transactions showing by cheques and when i purchased that property all original chain of documents was with the bank,now police is saying that you all A B C D involved in forgery and cheating while bank saying that we have legally verified those documents which are original,
