Question about termination rules

I'm Currently working in an ICSE affiliated school in my location. A few days ago, principal called me and gave me a termination letter. I was literally very shocked. But I know that throughout the year, I was so much dedicated to my work. Each and every colleagues of mine are getting speechless after hearing this. I had no trouble with her ever before. And I got so much praise from my students' guardians also. Every time they call me and tell me mam you are the best teacher. Now my question to you my respected judges that is there any rule to terminate a teacher without any information given before? Because when I asked principal 'what is the reason sister? She said only.. 'Yes mam there is the reason'. But she didn't want to explain. She just told me 'management and guardian were not satisfied'. But I know guardians were the strong support of mine. One thing also I need to tell you that, when I entered her room, she was ready to let us sign on that termination letter. I asked 'is there any chance sister'? I don't want to lose this place'. She answered, no mam I have already appointed. She didn't allow us to think for a while, didn't give any chances, didn't give any chances to come outside and discuss with our vice principal once. On that termination letter, there mentioned 'as a prior notice'i have to go to school till 31 st march. But I am so much depressed sir. Please give me any solution. If i was asked to prove it, then also I can do that. But she didn't give us any chances. And not only me, we 3/4 teachers will be terminating without any valid reason. Please sir if you kindly look into this matter,and give a solution, then I will be highly obliged sir.
