I got terminated but the HR not providing me with any letters such as experience, reliving letter..

In campus placement I got selected in a company and after signing 6 months(training) +2 years bond the company gave appointment letter saying that the package will be 1.8LPA at the time of probationary period and after will be 3.6LPA on completion of probationary period based on performance. After joining they gave a 54 days plan consisting of topic that need to be done on that day and they told to learn by yourself and after completing that they use to give me bugs to solve and I was doing as the said and after 6 months I asked my team lead about when this probationary period will be over then he said your performance is not up to the mark and need improvement so I continued and package was also the same and was not increased and after worked for two more months they gave a performance improvement plan of 2 weeks for improvement and simultaneously they gave bugs to solve and I use to do both at a time and use to mail the each day updates of both bug and PIP topic that I did and completed the PIP in time and got reviewed and next day the assigned me with a bug I got little delayed and immediately they terminated saying no need to work today and told to return the company computer in call and then I replayed to the termination mail saying -> “This is to request that I look forward to receiving the work experience letter as I need some kind of proof that I worked for the company until now. Also, I need all the Payslips as I was locked out of the outlook and unable to access it. As soon as I receive my relieving letter/experience letter as proof of having worked at the company for more than 8 months, I am ready to return the company belongings. I am entitled to receive experience or a relieving letter mentioning my joining and last date of work as proof of having worked at the company, which I need to submit while joining the new organization. My last working day with the company was [deleted]. I would be very grateful if you do the needful at the earliest. I would appreciate it if you provide me with the letter and settlement asap so that i can return/handover the company's assets as soon as possible. I hope you will consider the matter and provide me with the suitable information at earliest.” And instead of mailing the HR called to my mobile and said you wont be getting any letter or work experience certificate so you should return the computer and if you need those work experience certificate etc you need to pay 1,50,000 rupees and when I said I didn’t break the bond right by quitting the job? And he was not lisening and was repeating the same words and was saying I know how to take from you. Can you suggest me with some laws or any procedure to follow.
