Refusal of interview

Sir notification was issued for filling up vacancies with break up as UR-2, UR (w). Minmum Marks prescribed to OC's 40%,BC's 35%,SC' s and ST's 30% for consideration of selection and there is no any condition that reserved candidates also secure marks on par with OC's for consideration against UR post. I belongs to BC-D women category and got 37% marks and stand in 2nd merit position in women category but I was denied for interview on the ground of non securing 40% marks on par with OCs. I have filed WP before High Court but same was dismissed.Court held that since the petitioner applied to unreserved post (women) she should secure 40% marks which were prescribed to UR category candidates. Now I filed Writ Appeal aganist such order and same is pending. My query is in the absence of express bar in the notification, that all reserved candidates should secure marks on par with OC's, for consideration against UR posts, whether reserved category candidates who secured her minimum qualifying marks and stand in 2nd position in women category is eligible to such post or not.
