Harrasment in the work place

Hi Good evening. I am working in kV school as a contractual. In my school no permanent teachers.so I am the in-charge of exam department. One of teacher in my school (contractual) not following the rules of exam department and always trying her level best to harras me. Two weeks before, I was in my class . She was just opposite of my class. Suddenly she called HM in-charge. That person came and harres me in front of children. He was trying to hit me. To safe myself I lost my sence and unknowningly I hit one boy. He threatened me to take my job if I open my mouth. Next day he along with another teacher provoke the parents to give written against me. But the parents refused to do so. That incident 15 days before over.My question is , 1)wheather they can provoke the parents again to give written against me. 2) wheather school is safe for me to work. 3) what step I can take against the lady who is not following the rules of exam department. I have many proof that she is not following the rules of exam department. Many times I have informed also to the head of the institute.
