Unregistered 11 month Rental Agreement to be marked as evidence in court

Respected Jury, Currently I (landlord) have filed a suit for EVICTION , RECOVERY OF ARREARS OF RENT, ARREARS OF MESNE PROFITS, FUTURE MESNE PROFITS, NOTICE CHARGES & COSTS and send two Legal notices. The tenancy period of 11 months commenced (according to unregistered Rental Agreement (RA)) from 05 March 2021 which concluded on 05 Feb 2022. Prior to sending legal notice, I have informed the tenant in Dec 2021 through WhatsApp to vacate the premises after completion of agreement period but the tenant insisted to send notice through lawyer (as his daughter is a fresh law graduate and practicing lawyer) which I did in June 2022 and Aug 2022. Additional 2 months grace period was given to tenant to vacate the premises. The tenant started threatening that he will book me in various cases; having lately realized the ill intentions of tenant, I have filed an eviction suit in Oct 2022. Further more, the tenant has damaged water supply valve boxes, damaged the lock of boring control panel box which was kept locked, stole electricity from common meter for personal use, harassed the caretaker of the building; I have logged FIR in concerned PS against the tenant, his wife and advocate daughter who was involved in damaging the property. The tenant has not paid rent since Aug 2022 till date and staying in the house without paying common electricity bill used for pumping water. During the court hearing, upon our request to mark the rental agreement, the judge refused as the document is unregistered. My question is: 1. Since the rental agreement (RA) is less than a year which most real estate legal experts advised that it doesn't need registration; for the reason the RA was not registered. How can this RA be now register now as it has passed it grace period of 4 months? 2. What is remidy to tackle this issue or is there a way out for this? 3. How can this RA be made as an evidence so that it can be marked by judge in eviction suit? 4. What will be the impact on the suit if this RA is not marked. Appreciate for your guidance and advise. Thanks
