Minor's share in the joint property sale

We are planning to buy a property. The propery was owned by person who was deceased. His wife also deceased. He had 2 sons and 1 daughter and all are deceased. Here are heirs for deceased sons and daughter. - For the first deceased son - (1) Wife , (2) Daughter & (3) Daughter - For the Second deceased son, (4) Wife , (5) Son & (6) Daughter - For Deceased Daughter has 3 sons. Husband deceased. (7) Son, (8) Son (9) Son - Deceased - (9.1)- Wife, (9.2) Daugher -Minor , (9.3) - Son - Minor. 1) Who are legal heirs to sell the propery. Option 1: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.1 or Option 2 : 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.1, 9.2 & 9.3 - If we need to include minor, whether we need to obtain any order from Court for the sale of property. 2) How are shares split up incase of including the minor. Will shares be considered as totally 9 or minors will get equal share ie. totally 11 shares. --->1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9.1, 9.2 & 9.3 3) Can we execute the sale, leaving out the minor share without order from Court. For minor's share, can we obtain the order from Court later and get a separate sale deed executed after we get the court order. Please advice
