Injunction suit

Namaskar I have ( had ?) a commercial property on which I took a mortgage loan of rs. forty lakh in the year 2013 for a term of 100 months from a Souharda cooperative society. Due to unexpected other litigations & act of god I could not pay after paying one month of instalment. The loan in the year 2017 accumulated to rs.80 lakhs & hence an NPA. The society in the year 2017 told me to transfer the property to a benami identified by them wherein the benami can raise a purchase loan of rs.115 lakhs. The market value then was rs.2 cr. After I proposed a JDA agreement to renovate the then 17 year building property so that it becomes easy to sell the society & the benami agreed only if it was a simple agreement. I had no option since it was an NPA & had good relations with the board. The main points of the agreement are : The benami would avail the additional money to renovate the old building into a modern looking one with lift, bore, elevation , vitrified tiles and new windows & doors. The value of the renovated building would be rs.3cr & the share between the original landlord & benami would be 50: 50. I would be in physical possession of the property & collect all rents which was then about rs 55 thousand. The other details shall be given personally in meeting. Out of the extra thirty five lakhs taken by benami, rs 8 lakhs was spent on registration to transfer title at registration office. Rs.27 lakhs meant for renovation was misappropriated and the agreement not honoured. Now loan has accumulated to rs. 2.18 lakhs. I had also signed as surety for the loan. I am now in possession & collecting reduced rents due to covid . After the benami was served a notice under secularisation act I approached the civil court & got a temporary injunction till defendant filed objection. The society & the benami seem to be in a compromising mood & persuading me to withdraw the suit. What is the remedy & further course of action please.
