Ror cancellation

Dear Sir, we have land with extent of 6.22 acres which we bought together from x where he dont have any sons or duaghters, Later we made portioned based on the nature of land like 1.Major share to my great grand mother with 3.22 gunta 2. 3 acres to my relatives We have cultivating since 1950 as per above. But in between my relative (2) made registration for 3.22 instead of 3 acres thorugh ROR in 1997 without physical possession through lady stating leagal heir of actual owner x but her name is no where in revenue records of this land. After few years in 2015, my relative filed suit and asking for land from my portion stating as he have record since 20 years. We approached the lady whose name in sadabinama to implement ROR with the document. She confirmed that she didn't executed any sale deed for my relative and given affidavit to submit in court. The date of sadabinama is on 1970. By the time she is minor too. Now my question is: 1. As the ROR Is processed by irrelevant lady will it be canceled? 2. At the time of 1970 she is just 14 years will it be leagal? 3. Without physical possession the ROR sale deed will be valid? 4. As it crossed 20 years can we expect to cancel the ROR? 5. We are in physical possession since we bought without any distrubence can this will be considered to cancel the ROR? Please advise to take the right decision. Thanks. Raju.
