FTL declared land and drowned in GHMC sewerage

Green Farms , near Suchitra junction, Qutbullapur, farm land,15.7 acres land owned by 50 persons. The land is adjacent to Vennela gadda lake 21 acres (8.3 hectares, our land separated by a compound wall, when we purchased. Green Farms exists between Green park Avenue(25 acres), residential colony on NH7 Medchal high way and Vennela lake. We purchased in 1995, declared in Water body in year 2002 and tentatively fixed water body boundaries by irrigation dept. The lake water was used for cultivation of lands existing the other side of the lake. The agriculture land on the other side of the lake converted to colonies and water outlet to those lands closed and an ALUGU constructed to the lake at a very height level of the lake at the behest of the new colonies on the other side. GREEN PARK AVENUE DEVELOPERS BUILT A RAIN WATER NAALA, flow in to Vennela lake. GHMC from 2005 converted this " Green park colony rain water naala " in to a Sewerage line for all colonies exists on both sides of highway in the vicinity of 2 to 3 Kilometres, collecting and feeding to Vennela lake. Since the lake Alugu is at a high level and no outlet of water to go out from the lake, complete 16 acres of our lands Green Farms drowned in Sewerage water from 2005 up to lake ALUGU height and never less than that past 15 years, till now. Several representations we have submitted to GOVT. Earlier and in the last 2 years to Collector, GHMC,HMDA, HMWSSEB, GHMC north tanks division, HYD lakes andcwater body circle, Pollution Control Board, Health Department, GHMC Qutbullapur Municipality, MRO Qutbullapur. All tress in our lands have dried, no fish living, complete full of 'horse deck' in lake and Green farms. Recently started construction of Sewerage Treatment Plant(STP) for this lake and Govt. Say we will have filtered Sewrage water. Our question is up to ALUGU water exists and we don't have even approach to our plots since 2005. Before 2005 never had water in our lands and we were freely moving in our lands and had approach to our lands. Even after STP is constructed our land can not be out of water as ALUGU is at highest point and water up to that will continue to drown up to that level. We request your suggestion please. K.
