My Pattadar Passbook Survey No is into Seller Pattadar passbook ( ex- Party )

This story is start 1980, my father was bought a 2 plot roadside land in 1980 from Seller (ex- party) at revenue Mandal ( village ) Telangana, but before 1980 it was agriculture land seller was given patta, sada bainama ( land registrations for rural agricultural lands) my father updated in his pass book, 20 years passed after that in my father want to build shops in that land but seller stopping us ( obstruction ) building shop in our land he want our land back, he threatened my father, my father given police complaint on him, but it won't work out, we moved to civil court, file a case against seller and his brother, no body didn't attend court hearing, he called my father for local village meeting, to settle the land matter, in meeting conclusion is seller ( rowdy ) want 1 road side plot and he will give same size land backside which we can connect back side. My father agreed, taking a lot of suggestions from other people who said he is a gangster, political influence person, rather than wasting your money, time, take that land. After that Rs. 50 Note Stamp paper Written agreed to sell this land seller signature, witness signature and other latter Not done Land Register advocate has given suggestions to us that in 1 plot build shop and do with bricks wall compound fencing. We took permission ,water connection for building from the sarpanch and Mandal village office. and with the proper plan we build it and we have power connection to. but land mutation is not done ( Nall conversion is not done) in that patta we have survey number land in old + new passbook ( 2008 ) which we build shop, every thing ok. my father passed away 10 years back. Telangana govt. announced issue new Pattadar passbook for agriculture land, (2018 ) I went MRO Office with old passbook (2008) told VRO Update all survey no into new pass book, one survey no he did not update just because we build shop in that land. if it is agriculture land we will update, if it is residential we not update survey no, passbook only for agriculture land he said, the after we didn't update that survey no.in my passbook. In 2020 govt launch portal called Dharani in that my survey no (specific land ) shows seller passbook ( he also own survey number in agriculture land) backside of our land, i and to know this year only my survey no transfer to ex-seller son name. after that i register father property my name this year .many years after ex- seller son damaged our bricks wall fencing and threatening us he will close our shops, we asked him ex- seller son why you damaged our fencing wall he said you have more land as compare with others we sell. he talking about backside land which we taken 22 year back ( my father agreed ) he is political influence person in village. what should i do, please help me
