To get original property papers from bank

Dear Sir, I have home loan account with Axis bank. The property is situated in Mumbai and I own this property jointly with my father. In September 2020, my father died. I have decided to sell this property and since my father was co-owner and banks which were giving loan to buyer were asking for release deed. We have executed a release deed in front of Registrar of Mumbai where all my family members (as per legal heir certificate issued by Village Registrar) were present and transferred their share in property (inherited from fathers share) to my name. So as per Mumbai registrar records and Index 2 copy, I am 100% owner of the property. I have made full payment of home loan amount and closed the account. When I approached Axis bank limited, loan centre, I was informed that even though I was owner as per registrar records but bank do not consider these documents and they will require only will/ succession certificate /legal heirship issued by village registrar to handover the documents to me. I have submitted legal heirship certificate issued by Village registrar. I was informed that it will take 1 working day to process the documents as they need to get legal clearance. Even after many follow ups and calls i am still awaiting the clearance from bank side. Every time I get different replies. Than I was informed that verification of my present address will be done and post that documents can be issued. Once the verification was done, I was informed that now they need to send the legal heirship certificate to Rajasthan Axis bank branch and once they confirm than only documents can be issued. I have made full payment of loan amount, as per registrar records and index 2 copy, I am 100% owner of the property. I have also submitted legal heirship issued by village registrar. How can i get the original papers back.
