Share in our ancestral property (land) - can father deny to married daughter.

Dear Sir / Ma’am, BACKGROUND: My mother expired leaving me @ 4 Yrs old. After some years my Father married and has two daughters from my Step Mother. My Grand-parents are also expired early. I am married and staying far away from native place. In fact, my husband has less land property and is insufficient to survive further with 2 kids, if such situation arises. CASE REPORTING: My father kept on selling our ancestral property (land) since many years and recently he has gifted majority parts of the lands to his daughters those are my step sisters and has little land balance. There is no property / land owned at his own by my father and entire belonged to my grandparents. STATUS: I enquired him while visit to our native place. He denied stating, you are married. You do not take care of me and my family; hence you have no rights on my land and will not give you anything. REQUEST: 1. Can I get my share and what %age? 2. Should I have to approach court? 3. The best guide may be provided from legal aspects please. Thanking you,
