Name Change

Hi everyone, My educational documents have my middle name mentioned but I don't want to use that and all my legal documents (Adhaar, Voter Card, PAN etc) have my name mentioned without my middle name. Example: As per birth certificate, 10th, 12th, Graduation certificate: John Jacob James As per Legal documents/employment records: John James I went to apply for passport and they mentioned the name on my class 10 certificate will be used as the name for passport and my other documents would need to updated and include my middle name. (They asked to atleast update Adhaar for now) Now my problem: I don't want to "change" the name given at my birth. I'm already being known as John Jacob and I would like for it to stay that way. I want to use John Jacob name for ALL my legal/government purposes. Requesting you help on this. Again, I do not want to "change" my name, I just want to be known as first name and last name. The middle name is what the problem is. Isn't there any document/certificate I can get which mentions both John Jacob James and John James as the same person. I want to only use my first name and last name. I would like the passport to mention the same name as well
