Denying after sales (warantee)services of 2weeler bike

Dear sir/madam, I have purchased two wheeler bike two years back. I serviced my bike with authorised service provider for 4 times (3 free and 1 paid). I spent around 5000 for general oil changing services. I felt it costly compared with others. Hence I stopped serving bike with them. 5th service is being made by local mechanic (just oil changed in presence of me) bike is at good condition. But suddenly it has got some starting problem when I was on the way to native. Later I called mechanic on the road and checked. He told to take into showroom. Show room saying it costs around 12000. As my bike still in warantee I told them to cover it in warantee but they denied (shown to mechanic and service is not done with authorised service). I raised complaint with customer care and they didn't resolve it. My bike have been in showroom around for two weeks. Later I got few of my colleagues told that they will create some more problems to bike and may ask more money. Even if I want to pay money also they are telling we don't have component, to be ordered and it takes around one month. As iam the employee how can I wait such long time and I need bike to perform my job.so I have taken back my bike from showroom and repaired out side (Rs. 6000). Now That company sent a message that customer complaint is resolved and customer is satisfied. Now I want some clarification regarding that do i have a right to ask componsation from company or not. Whether my act with this issue is in right manner or not.
