Bank property eAuction under symbolic posession

I had participated in an e-Auction for property land and building whose bank show the symbolic possessions, i was the H1 winner and there after bank issued a sale intimation and confirmation letter to submit 25% amount by next day( 10% including EMD amount which was submitted for participating on E-Auction). I submitted the 25% , bank gave me 15days time to submit 75% whose date is ending at 30th Sep'2022, I asked bank for providing physical possessions but they are saying in 6month they will provide. I pressured them then they are saying on 24th they will approach there recovery agent to seek DM help under section 14. I am feeling helpless what to do whether to submit rest 75% or not as still the borrower is staying at that house. Please suggest what i should do... will i will loose my 25% amount or if pay 100% and bank provide the sale letter ..will they provide me physical possession after receiving 100% amount. I took few personal loans to arrage the rest pending money... m totally helpless to understand what i should do now with impressions that after receiving money if bank deny for providing physical possession what is the remedy left with me in order to proceed or stay back loosing my 25% hard earned money.
