Society maintenance and parking issue

I am a member of a cooperative society in navimumbai.our society was formed in 2016 and during the formation of society issue regarding parking as per the plan was raised by me as our society has only 57 approved parkings as per plan of building and there are 68 flats.this issue was negleted by the builder and the new formed society as the committee was formed by the help of builder .also during society formation it was decided any dues of builder will be dealt individually by flat owner and not through society.after this several occassions i had made complaints to society regarding illegal parking alloted to some individuals but no action taken as commitee members were also the beneficiary.now this year 2022 new committe is formed and they have added the dues of the builder remaining before the formation of society in the maintenance bill and also additional charges for conveyance deed they have charged which was paid to builder before formation of society .i had informed regarding this to the society commitee through the society manager and still no changes in the bill has been done.also i had stopped paying the maintenance from past 2 years so that the society would take action regarding this illegal parking issue. but the society is now also helping builder by recovering its dues by adding it in the maintenance bill.i also defied to pay this as no action was taken . now the society has sent me legal notice and taking action against me under sec 101.what should be my action .Also tommorow is our agm meeting in society.i make complaints in front of commitee but no action is taken till date .what to do.please guide.
