Am I obliged to maintain my parents even if they evict me

I am a young man, age 20, I am still a student and don't earn. My father is a severe abuser and a violent peraon who has threatened to legally evict me from "his house" (that is has self-acquired property) through police and magistrate but simultaneously threatens to sue me u/s 125(d) CrPC and Hindu laws if I don't provide maintenance after he becomes 60. He is backed up his own family members that includes my uncles, aunts, grandmother. My mother has no say in it and I have no complaint against her. I am a sidelined scapegoat in the family. My father is a narcissitic person who is a brutal patriarch of the household and I am in no way accountable to him for every actions and decisions pertaining to my own life. I have no problem if I am evicted, I will stay in any PG or student accomodations till I have placement and I don't want to inherit anything from that monster. But considering how partial and blind Hindu law and CrPC is regarding this maintenance law, will I permanently be able to evade his maintenance even if I am evicted. Let me know about what the law has destined for me.
