Daughter claim on sold property after 30 years

An undivided joint property of 115 dec of two brothers but mutually there sons has divided after the death of both fathers. One part (say A) is 57 dec was purchased from his three sons in the year 1992 March. Due to the settlement process, Revenue dept has not issued Patta soon after registration. The settlement camp started in the year [deleted]. Meanwhile I have applied for Yadast in the year 2009 and received on 2010 Feb. Then after that, Patta was issued by settlement dept in the year 2013. Finally it was recorded in my name but there was a typical error of 60 dec recorded instead of 57 dec in Patta / Govt record. I have received a notice from Land Acquisition officer that, a road will go on my plot and to appear before them on Feb 2019 and appeared. Meanwhile I have appeared before them time to time to produce and verification of my documents. Surprisingly on last 12th July received a notice from court and came to know that, the sons other one (say B) has filed a case against me that, the land purchased 57 and recorded 60 dec and another clause is one of the sister has sold 14 dec land to some other person from the remaining part of other one. I have appeared before the court on schedule date 14th July as per notice. To know the reason I met the person who has filed the case on behalf of sons "B" that, the daughter of "A" has sold 14 dec land from their part as it was not divided and daughter has right to get the share of property. So his portion became less than 57 dec and filed the case to get his property. During the discussion, he has expressed that it was not viewed earlier. Today the money is going to be disbursed so it attracts our attention to get benifit. In this connection, kindly give your advise:- a) In the year 1992, there was no such importance given for the share of daughter. Is it a genuine claim? b) If she has right, no one has claimed during settlement and verification for Yadast, which was issued 2013 and 2010 respectively. Can it be claimed after such government verification process and after 30 years of registration ? c) Is there any time limit to claim / demand on the property? d) Kindly suggest, what is the right procedure to resolve the issue and what to do .... Requesting for your valuable advice on this matter
