Non-payment of Services Rendered

My company was engaged for providing field research and consulting services for a period of 12-15 weeks by an US-based company (Sutherland Labs - a subsidiary of Sutherland Global Services). Our engagement ended in March 2022 and the agreed payment scheduled was 45 days. I am yet to see movement of payment from their end. Following is the list tactics they have deployed so far: 1. They didn't onboard me to their vendor system until the start of May 2022 2. They forced me to change the invoice date to May 2022, all while telling me that the payment schedule clock started in March (actual end date) so the payment should appear within a week 3. They then informed me that since the invoice is dated 10 May 2022, the clock started in May and I will receive it on 24 June 2022 4. After several follow-ups before the due date in June, they assured me that though it was supposed to come in on the 24th, they accidentally scheduled it for the 27th and it would arrive on that day, the 27th. 5. On June 27th, they said there were some unforeseen errors in the payment and that they would find out what went wrong and share an update with me. 6. On July 3rd, they informed me they are not sure what the delay is about and are unable to give me a specific date of payment 7. On July 14th, they informed me that the payment was under way and provided me with some unclear documentation of the remittance being made. However, the remittance document had conflicting dates and payment amounts on it. Between the three documents there were three transaction dates of 6th July, 8th July and 12th July. 8. On July 17th, I requested them for a copy of the SWIFT transfer which was sent to me on July 19th (i.e. today) 9. The SWIFT copy I received showed that the bank address and bank account number were incorrect. They are now saying they will check up on what happened. I believe that they are laying the foundation for another round of delays with this. I am unsure of what to do at this point. I have clear documentation at each step. Please advise.
