Property Sale of Registered GPA

Dear Sir, I bought a property in bangalore recently. Original land owner (lady) had given a registered GPA done in sub-register office in 1982 to Mr.X. Mr.X constructed a house in 1982 and have been staying with his wife since then, they vacated couple of weeks ago (May 2022). Mr.X and his wife resided in this property, with TAX paid upto date, Khata, Electricity and water bills to there names. 1989 Mr.X executed a Sale deed to his wife. 2017 Mr.X wife did a gift deed back to Mr.X due to health conditions. 2022 Mr.A sold the property to Me. Based on the property documents provided as stated above, I have taken 80% Loan from LIC after there legal team verification which was needed for loan sancation. I have transfered the khata to my name post the purchase by paying the latest tax to BBMP. I am planning to re-construct the said property within couple of years. my question is.. 1) can original land owner or her legal heirs have claim on the property. 2) do i have full rights on the property. 3) Would I face any legal problems on the property in future. 4) can i sell the property in future. please clarify and give suggestions. thank you in advance. Regards, RK
