Does an open FIR related to DV case affect work visa for Europe

Hi, My and my wife were planning to go for mutual consent divorce but since I was unable to meet her demands for a permanent residence (I was willing to give her a rented accomodation as also monthly maintenance and not going to ask for child custody), she went ahead to file a DV case against me as also filed FIR u/s 498(A) besides other sections. Fearing for my career (I may be getting to relocate to Europe within my company this year), I met her and she agreed to withdraw the DV case as also go for FIR quashing in return for accepting her terms for mutual consent divorce. As things stand, the DV case has been withdrawn and we have filed mutual consent terms. She and her lawyer are assisting in the ABA for the FIR as well. Once ABA is done, the process for FIR quashing will be started. I had a few queries: 1) Generally, how long does FIR quashing take? Any guidance how we can expedite the same since we are going for mutual consent divorce now? 2) Once FIR is quashed, will this affect the work visa for Europe in the police verification? 3) In case the FIR quashing takes time and is open while the work visa formalities are being done, will it affect in getting the work visa? 4) If am able to convince my organization to start the work visa processing post FIR quashing, will it be a better option?
