Ardous journey in 22643 ernakulam patna express.

I booked a confirmed ticket on ERNAKULAM-PATNA EXPRESS and boarded at coimbatore on 13th June 2022 the train which was supposed to depart at 2130 hours arrived late by 1 hour i.e, 2230 hours. There were lot of unreserved passengers sitting and squatting in the entire compartment. After much fighting, and with the support of co-passengers,they were asked to move out of the compartment. But again in Tirupur several such ticketless/unreserved passengers got into the compartment. The ordeal continued at Erode/Salem/Katpadi till Perambur. In spite of scouting for RPF/TTE,none were found around during the midnight ordeal. In view of the above,we were not able to have a comfortable journey throughout and I was penalised for no fault of mine by me given a sleepless night by southern railways. In spite of calls made to 139,there were no response the compartment TTE was nowhere in sight and all copassengers were exploited.Passenger reviews for the past several years for this train i.e., 22643 ERNAKULAM-PATNA EXPRESS reflects this continues for the past 6 years-(available elsewhere in search engines).22643 Ernakulam Junction–Patna Junction Bi Weekly Express covers nearly 2800 kms/23 coaches/1840 passenger capacity with 51 hours journey time is a Express train (with Superfast surcharge) belonging to Indian Railways southern zone that runs between Ernakulam Junction and Patna Junction in India covering Kerala,Tamil Nadu,Andhra Pradesh, Odisha, West Bengal, Jharkhand & Bihar. When railways knew pretty well that this is a long distance train covering many states, why the checking authorities failed to act on trespassers into reserved compartments, and that too in the middle of night. What is the compensation for an ethically travelling passenger, booking tickets well in advance...? If capacity is a constraint,Railways should not issue open tickets to passengers;also please note many were travelling without tickets / wait listed tickets which we, as a team of passengers observed. Hence, the grievance is not YET CLOSED. Grievance Description What is the compensation for this arduous journey made by us?
