Commercial shop at residential building

I purchased a commercial shop at residential building. I am the third buyer. Before buying I checked and it was registered as shop at Kolkata Municipal Corporation. Developer also sold it to the 1st buyer as shop and it was registered in first buyer's name as shop. After purchased I also did the property mutation in my name. Ground floor has garages, lift, staircase, guard room, electric room, one wash room and shop. As per the 1st sale deed between developer and 1st buyer, shop owner will get benefit of the common spaces and this is getting continued in subsequent deed. I have trade and food license. I pay commercial tax as well. Now while I am planning to open the shop, residents of the building is saying there was no shop in building plan they got and they are not allowing me to use the common washroom at ground floor. They are planning to file a case against promoter regarding the same. Is there any stay order can be imposed on the shop? What is the necessary action I need to take? Please help.
