Legal Action Against Builder for Not Completing Work

I have buyied a flat at building named Balaji Majestic Heights, S-25, Central Spine, Jagatpura, Jaipur -17. It has total 207 flats in 4 Blocks (ABCD) and each block is of 9 floors. The builder of building is M/s Ganga Sagar Real Estate Private Limited. Mr. Rajendra Kedia and associates have been directors of the M/s Ganga Sagar Real Estate Private Limited over the years. However, currently this M/s Ganga Sagar Real Estate Private Limited is strike off. Most of the work at M/S Balaji Majestic Heights is pending like: 1. 4 Lifts are not installed. 2. Fire fighting system is not installed. 3. Trench work not complete. 4. Lease money taken from flat owners, but not submitted to JDA. 5. One time maintenance fees taken from flat owners, but not maintaining building day to day affairs. 6. Parking money taken from flat owners, but no parking space allotted. 7. No NOC taken from relevant govt. departments. 8. and many more as stated in broacher. We have formed a flat owners association. We want to know what can we do against the builder as flat owners association? What are our legal options flat owners association? The builder has given possession to the owners without building works completion. There is no work going on since past 5 years now. Mr. Rajendra Kedia and associates is still having flats in the building in the name of family members.
