Permanent Eviction by In-laws after husband demise

am writing this email after a crucial decision taken by my in-laws. My father-in-law (Mr. Vinod Kumar Sharma - Retired from Desu(NDPL)) who is the owner of 113B, CC Block, Shalimar Bagh, New Delhi - 110088, Near Shalimar Bagh Police station, has filed a suit against me to vacant the property after the death of my husband Mr. Deepak Sharma (His First Son). We are living in this property since 25th February 2006 (Our marriage). Due to some personal grudges and under pressure his second son (Mr. Amit Sharma), he disowned me along with my son and Daughter from his property and also made circumstances like it's impossible to stay there with them in CC-113B. Now my son and my son stay a bit far away on rent but in Shalimar Bagh itself to continue the studies of my son for this session. Though I am getting a pension from my husband's salary and I also work in a private firm but this is not enough to make a home for us (Me, my son & daughter). wherever My in-laws are also holding 3 flats and not giving us anything to stay. Please help me as it becoming tougher for me to stay under such circumstances (My son is 10 years Old & My daughter is 4 years old). Only these types of in-laws make the feel of every daughter's parent to kill her at so early age, just because after giving 13 years in there like my home they can ask me to leave without giving noting but a responsibility of Two children. If Possible, please help!!!
